Karandeep Kalsy, RCIC, Director

Karandeep Kalsy is the Director of Kalsy Immigration Inc. He is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and in good standing at the College of Immigration and Citizenship (CICC). He is also a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

He holds a diploma with Honours from Humber College in Immigration Consultant as well as B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. Much like thousands of international students currently in Canada, he too landed in Canada in 2012 with the hope of a better and brighter future! Having lived the journey from Temporary Resident to Permanent Resident, he empathizes with your feelings and realizes the passion in each one of you wanting to immigrate and settle in Canada. His passion is to help you find the right solutions and make your immigration journey easier!

With more than 25 years of distinguished consulting experience in Immigration & Educational services, he has helped thousands of clients by going above and beyond to reach different countries like USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, other European countries. He is defined by his strategic advisory, regulatory expertise, and help organizations successfully navigate evolving immigration frameworks.

As Director, he leads the firm with a commitment to transparency, compliance, and personalized guidance ensuring every client receives informed, timely, and ethical support at every stage of their immigration journey. Through decades of industry insight, he has built a reputation for trust, professionalism, and measurable outcomes.

Vaishnavi Kalsy, Marketing Specialist

Vaishnavi Kalsy, a Driven Marketing Specialist at Kalsy Immigration and a licensed Realtor in Ontario, brings her experience and skills that she has developed over the years in the corporate industry to serve her clients with professionalism and respect. She is strategic and innovative with a passion for driving brand awareness and digital public relations practitioner. Ritu Kalsy, Administrative & IT Specialist

Ritu Kalsy is an Administrative & IT Specialist at Kalsy Immigration. Taking a leap of faith in 2019 to explore the various opportunities, she moved to Canada as an international student to pursue her Master’s in Applied Computing from Wilfrid Laurier University. Thus, with her background in Computer Science combined with her passion for business, she understands that every situation always comes with a way out. The only question is, which is the best way? Having answered that question throughout her career, it gives her immense satisfaction in helping each one of you by supporting your dream to live in Canada.

Smit Patel, IT Lead Specialist

Smit Patel, an IT Lead Specialist at Kalsy Immigration Inc. He is a skilled ninja in problem-solving and analyzing data using Cloud Computing and other softwares for business development. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and then he moved to Canada in 2020 to pursue his Post-graduation diploma in Mobile Solutions Development from Conestoga College.
